Each instrument has its own fee structures and calculation for a month. This can be accessed by clicking on a specific monthly fee row on the instrument. See monthly fee.

Changing the specific month’s fee structures does not impact the defaults on the instrument. Remember at the time of importing the files a new row is created under “Monthly fees”. The fee structures are COPIED to this new row. They are then independent from the defaults. This is to allow us to change fees over time without effecting past fees. If you only realise after the import the fee is incorrect, you need to change the default AND the new months fee row.
