Card settings on adviser and brokerage

Cards to display on advisers and brokerages can be set under the system main menu.

NOTE: Only users with the global permission ‘Card settings’ can select and unselect cards to display on entities and roles.

• • Only users with the global permission ‘Card settings’ can select and unselect cards to display on entities and roles.
  • For combined cards: (refer to Brokerage / Adviser Client Management)
    • Because the settings can be overridden per advisor, and the combined view has multiple advisors (and therefore multiple points where it can be overridden).
    • Only if the setting is overridden to true on all advisors will that value have an impact on the combined view.
    • In other words if the birthday card is set to not visible on the system config, and is overridden on only one advisor, then the birthday card will not be visible on the combined view.
    • Only when it is overridden to true on all advisors will it be visible on the combined view.

But if the system default is visible, and the setting is overridden to false on any advisor, then the card will not be visible on the combined view)
