Deactivating an Adviser

• An adviser can be activated/deactivated on his/her Adviser card
• An adviser can not be deactivated if accounts are still linked to the adviser

A deactivated adviser cannot be selected as an adviser on an investor account.

Ensure that the adviser is removed from all investor accounts before deactivating, by going to view details on the Adviser’s Client Card

Check that there are no investor accounts listed as being linked to the adviser
