Employee compliance dependant on compliance of Employer Company

In instances where the employer is regarded as the client on a platform and not the individual employees, the compliance of the employer company would determine whether the employee is compliant or not. In other words, if the employer company is compliant, the employees on the employer group would be regarded as compliant.

This functionality can be activated under System->Configuration

Should an employee belong to more than one employer group, the employee will be regarded as compliant if at least one of the employer group companies are compliant.

Should the employee also have a separate account in his own name, he/she will become a client on the platform and his/her compliance will not be determined by the compliance of the employer company.
