Instrument Holdings Changes Report

When you navigate to Instruments -> All Instruments -> more actions -> Instrument holdings changes report then you can generate a report which shows you all investors who have created a new investment into a fund or done a full withdrawal from a fund.  This report excludes Cash Instruments.

When generating the report you must specify a from and to date range. This serves as a filter, to only show “Addition” when the investor added a new investment into a fund in the specified period, and had no investment in that fund prior to this date range. And will only show “Departure” if the investor did a full withdrawal from the specific fund during the period specified, and there was investment value prior to this date range, and a zero balance during the date range.

The report includes investor name and contract number, instrument name and code and the date at which the “Addition” or “Departure” took place.
