Last recurring withdrawal

  • On a recurring withdrawal the recurring keeps on recurring until there are not enough funds left in the instruments on the recurring withdrawal instruction to create the recurring as apportioned on the recurring. When the system executes the recurring and tries to create the next recurring, it looks to see if there is enough money/units left on the instruments to create the next recurring.
  • If there is not enough money/units left on one or more of the instruments on the recurring to create the next recurring with the amounts/units/percentages as set on the recurring., the user will be forewarned on confirmation of the dealer instruction:

On confirmation of the dealer instruction on the last recurring withdrawal in the series that can be created with the intended amount/units, a warning message will popup indicating the next recurring withdrawal will be reject.

The rejected recurring withdrawal instruction will also appear under the Instructions->Rejected list.

The administrator then has the option to make the necessary changes to the rejected recurring instruction, for instance choose to sell a different instrument and then submit and authorise the rejected instruction or cancel the rejected recurring withdrawal and load another instruction.
