Payout interest on partial withdrawals

Interest is not automatically paid out on partial withdrawals. See Pay full amount on recurring withdrawals and once off withdrawals

It is however possible to specify that interest should be paid out on a partial withdrawal.

When the withdrawal is in status New, the interest box can be selected.

This selection will provide access to the interest calculator and the option to indicate ‘Include interest in payment’

If needed make use of the interest calculator to calculate the interest due and select ‘Include interest in payment’.

Note that the interest calculator will only be functional where the withdrawal is in amount. If the withdrawal is a unit withdrawal, the interest amount cannot be calculated and must be updated manually.

Interest will now be included in the payment to the client
