29 Jun Release – 2 July 2015
The following enhancements and new functionality are included in this week’s release:
1. Made sites responsive
This means that the sites were changed to cater for a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones). To have one site to be displayed on any type of screen, results in a lot of styling changes and also that the menu structure had to be changed from the horizontal sub-menu style, to be sub-menus as dropdown to the main menu.
Bootstrap was used for developing the responsive sites.

Sample of how the menu’s will be displayed on a mobile device.

2. New Returns block and graph on Investment account dashboard
The Returns are now displayed in a new section on the dashboard, with a line graph, showing the IRR annualised since inception.

By selecting the “More” link, at the top right corner of the block, displays the Net Return- and Investment Return tables.

3. Audit trail changes on Instrument
New button on the Instrument view for Historical Changes to display details (field, time & date, user) of the changes for that instrument.
The history of the fields on the main instrument view are included, as well as fee- and price changes. More fields will be included in future releases, from the sub-areas of instrument.

5. Other system enhancements
* On authorising a 100% withdrawal from the last investor in an instrument, a message will be displayed if there are any fee, working or reserves or commission portfolio, which does not have a zero balance for that instrument. Now checking for any negative portfolios as well AND stop the investor from authorising the withdrawal if there are negative portfolios in the instrument.
* Group historical transactions on the Fund manager recon report
Instrument -> Select instrument -> Recon button -> Fund instruction and distributions balance
All the Historical Transaction are now added up (units) and just show one “Historic transactions” line in the report on the date of the last historical transaction. If you click you can see a list of individual historical transactions.
* Refer to your online Pivotal Tracker Project for a full list of changes and enhancements for the release.
