Switch cash between Custodian bank accounts (investor account)

If you have the global permission ‘Transfer money between custodians’, the option to switch cash between the bank accounts of custodians on an investor account can be accessed.

Go to the relevant investor account and add a switch instruction.

Update the sell part of the switch

After adding the % switch on the buy part of the switch, the custodian account option will appear for selection

Select the relevant custodian from the drop down list

Submit and Authorise the switch.  The money transfer between the two custodian instrument accounts can be created.

On completion of the switch instruction, the investor account will have two instrument accounts for the same Instrument, but for the different custodians
