Creating a user on Finswitch for realtime integration

If you want to use Finswitch realtime integration from Finworks, the appropriate user must first be created, then you can follow the steps in this help file to save the credentials on Finworks and then realtime integration can be used.

1. Create a user on Finswitch (UAT first, so this can be tested first)
2. Once created, locate the relevant user by navigating to “My Profile” -> “Users” on Finswitch
3. Click on the user, you should now be on the “Edit User” page.
4. Tick the box for “Automated User”
5. Tick the “Capturer” role
6. Click the “Save” button
