Import or update Advisers

New advisers can be imported in Finworks and existing adviser information can be updated with an import file.

Go to Advisers main menu->Financial Advisers->More Actions->Import Advisors

When the status of an existing adviser in the import file is changed to ‘Deactivated’ the same validation as applied to the deactivation of advisers from the user interface will apply and an adviser with contracts link to him/her cannot be made inactive.

The ‘Download Sample file’ contains the details of all Advisers in the system as per the columns provided where the columns are populated in Finworks.
