A Policy document is a legally binding agreement that details the specific rules of a fixed-term investment. These investments are designed to be held for a predetermined period, at the end of which they “mature,” and your initial investment, along with any accrued interest or growth, is returned to the investor.
You have the ability to define a template for a Policy document to be used on a specific product. See Setting up a Policy Document on a Product for more information on this.
To generate a policy document on an account in a product where you’ve already setup a policy document, see Generating a Policy Document.
To understand the Cash Residual and how it gets calculated, see Cash Residual on a Policy Document.
