Retry Failures on External Processing Queue Job

Where there were failures to send emails on an External Processing Queue Job, the failures can be resend.

Go to the External Processing Queue Job

Find the job that indicate errors

Select the ‘Retry failures’ button at the bottom

The emails that could not be send will now be send out, with the exception of emails where, for instance, the email address provided is not valid.
