Surrender letter setup

A Surrender letter template can be setup on a product for the generation of surrender letters for the accounts on the product. The template consists of a logo with options, signature, the letter body and – footer and send to.

On a product, select More Actions->Document templates and add the surrender letter template if not yet created

Add a logo, signature and send to as /if required

The main template contains substitutes, which can be used together with html to setup the body of the surrender letter.

If required a footer can be added to the footer template in html format

Each product will contain it’s own surrender letter template. Templates can be manually copied from one product to another and then adjusted as need be. Also see generate and email surrender letters.
