Welcome Letter Setup

A Welcome letter template can be setup per Product for the generation of welcome letters for the accounts on the product. The template consists of a logo with options, the letter body and – footer.

Navigate to the required Product>- More details>- Document templates

On the Document templates, select Welcome Letter Template

Add a logo as /if required

The main template contains substitutes, which can be used together with html to setup the body of the welcome letter.

If required a footer can be added to the footer template in html format

Each product will contain it’s own Welcome letter template. Templates can be manually copied from one product to another and then adjusted as need be. Also see generate welcome letters.
