Statement- and Combined Statement Defaults

  • Statement Defaults can be set either in the System Main Menu or on a Product level, if not set on the Product level the System Defaults will be used
  • The process for setting up statement default on System Main Menu or on a Product level are the same

To access Statement Defaults, from the main menu select System -> (1)Statement Defaults

Detailed Statement Defaults are devided into sections i.e. Account Details

 

Each section have the following options

  • (1)Include the section on the statement
  • (2)Include specific items in a section on the statement
  • (3)Customise a section of the statement
  • The option is also available to start the selected section on a new page

Customise a section

Take note all the sections does not have all the parmeters, for this example we will use the Account Details section which has the most parmeters

 

Select the (3)Section Name (image above – Account Details)

  • Heading – This field is used to change the Heading of the section as it will be displayed on the stetement
  • Priority – This field is used to change where this section will be on the stetement, priority 0 will be on the top of the statement
  • Options – Refer to the Options below

ADDITIONAL SETTING

This is the system parameter i.e. Show initials and surname (if person)

 

HEADING LABEL

With the HEADING LABEL field you have the option to change the label for the specific system parameter

 

PRIORITY

The PRIORITY and ALIGNMENT works hand in hand, the PRIORITY indicate where the specific parameter will be displayed in the section

Take note, the system/page will automatically refresh after each change

 

ALIGNMENT

The Account Details section on the statement is devided into two(2) columns, Left and Right

As with the PRIORITY the ALIGNMENT alows you set the paramenter to be on the Left or the Right of the section

 

SELECTED

With this option you have the ability to include or exclude this parameter in a section
