PAYE SARS Reconciliation File
The first phase of implementing the functionality to generate a SARS PAYE recon file for employers has been added to this release. (See link)
SARS BRS Codes included in the first phase are the following:
- 3601 – Income – Taxable
- 4102 – Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE)
SARS BRS Codes NOT IN THIS RELEASE
- 3915 – Retirement Fund Lump Sum Benefit On/After 1 October 2007
- 3920 – Retirement Fund Lump Sum Withdrawal Benefit
- 4115 – Tax on Retirement Fund Lump Sum Benefit (Retirement/Death)

More changes including:
- Add option to Contribution certificate Notification Message to attach statement or not. See link
- Make identification expiry date applicable to all identification types
- Refine and expand needs analysis functionality to provide more options. See link
- Add Rates and Assumptions to Tax tables and include in the Financial Needs Analysis Balance sheet. See link
- Add functionality to capture Maturity Date and – Price on a bond and display it on an investor statement
- Update column names and examples on Import Historical Transactions
- Add a column to import/export Investor accounts to indicate if investor must be added to CRS report
- Change rounding to 4 decimals on Policy Document
- Retain calculated fee percentages on instruction if the instruction has been submitted before initial fees are changed on investor account
- Change payment reference number to include supplier account number (payment to dealer) or account number (payment to client)
- Add functionality to instrument Import (ETF, Unitised & Money Market) to be able to remove overrides on fees from the instrument. See link
- Add option to System->Statement Defaults to be able to select the display of Profit/Loss or Market Movement on statements
