Distributions

In this release we have added ‘Total Return reinvestment’ as a distribution option. This addition makes provision for instances where a distribution is re-invested by the Fund Manager by increasing the price and no units are allocated.

A zero cash amount distribution is allocated and the weighted average base cost (WAUC) increase by taking into account the net distribution amount. i.e total cents per unit * clients balances on declaration date. See link.

More changes include:

• Change Overridden Dealer column to display the dealer on main menu Instruments->All Instruments
• Add external id number to be included in main search
• Add ‘Other income’ to interest & dividends certificate and the ability to setup the layout of interest & dividends certificates. See link
• Add option to Import manual client communication under Entities->Entities->More Actions->Import Manual Communication
• Add additional fields to Import historical transaction – Processing date, Weighted average unit cost, Hide transaction, Adjusted transaction id
• Add instruction purpose types to transfers
• Add description to Scheduled Jobs
• Add ability to create Debit order jobs per product
• Create import facility for requirements on an entity level to Entities -> Entities ->More Actions->Import requirements settings
• Add ability to generate BND (Beneficial ownership) per custodian per product
• Add ability to cater for client categories in BND (Beneficial ownership). See link
• Add functionality to be able to import advisors and brokerages
• Add workflow item to an entity
• Add functionality to be able to add/remove model portfolio to all advisor/brokerage/product
• Add ‘is capital gains event’ option to Transfer out
