Investor statement cover letter

In this release, functionality has been created to include a cover letter with Investor statements. For more information see link.

To facilitate this addition, the statement footer and Statement notes sections have been moved from the Product screen to System -> Statement defaults and can be customised per product under Product->More Actions->Statement defaults.

More changes include:

  • Add ‘bank account currency’ column to import investors
  • Allow only authorised instructions to be added to instruction group on template account
  • Create functionality to edit transaction units on Transfer in and Transfer out transactions if user has investor admin permission
  • Allow field ‘override all SMS to’ on System configuration to be left blank on test to prevent sending of unnecessary SMSes
  • Add Investment Allocation to Investor Statement as a new Section. See link
  • Cater for page numbering on statements with custom footers
  • Expand default instrument list on an employer to apply different default instrument list based on the age of the member. See link
  • Add permission to allow users to be able to view ‘Holdings (Unadjusted View)
  • Add Field ( Created by which user ) to transaction.csv and all transactions.csv which are dumped into S3 bucket
  • Add bank date to Debit Order history screen
  • If Buy/Sell price is selected on instrument, default to these on the dealer instruction and not to the NAV
  • Add ability to specify column heading labels on statement
  • Add successful login to Import investor import and Export investor
  • Add Africa fund price import format
  • Add a flag to an investor (Individual and Company) to highlight them as High Risk. See link
  • Add purpose type for Switch, once-off investment, and recurring investment. See link
  • Link emails stored on entity (Communication card) to entity instead of email address
  • Add growth column on post retirement cash flows table
  • Change FNA items to when it should be taken into account by using available from and to date instead of realised on tick
  • Expand table to show details on ‘realised on’ items (Cash Flow Inputs card->View Details)
  • Add Rates and Assumptions section to FNA
  • Change retirement age limits from ’55 to 75′ to ’40 to 90′
  • Add signature functionality for use in a policy document. See link
